This 4th issue has an article on Amsterdam based culinary writers Merijn Tol and Nadia Zerouali. They present some fine recipes like baghir with honey butter, Libyan stuffed spicy potatoes and Iraqi Madfuna.
Also in this issue Dr. Harout Nicolian's fish paintings, Rami Haikal is a metal guitarist who talks about his family's candy store in downtown Amman, recipes for lentils, a counter culture article on a sandwich bar in Madrid, the Abu Dhabi fish market and a poem by Shams Albadri.
